To everyone reading this, thank you for using the forums. We have a few major things to go over regarding our wonderful clan.
Clan leadership has decided to switch 2210 from being a casual clan to a competitive strategic one. Donations and activeness is still required, and in order for us to have fun and give everyone a fair chance to play in Clan Wars, we would like to be able to assign everyone valid targets and have them all attacked by the correct person. Winning isn't required, but participation is. If for any reason why you cannot participate, tell a leader in advance for them to post it, or post it in the "Introduction and Absences Thread":

CLAN WAR NEWS
From now on, there will be a new role, a Clan War Leader (CWL), to direct and inform everyone who their target is. This role will give everyone a chance to be a leader for a Clan War, and all Elders and Leaders are elligible to request being a Clan War Leader. Just PM a Leader or post it in the "Clan War Leader Request and Guidelines" thread.

Please note, in order to be a Clan War Leader, you must have access to the forum, and be available during most of the duration of Prep phase, and in War phase. All members must follow the directions of the Clan War Leader (CWL) in regard to target assignments. If there is any problems speak to the Clan War Leader, or inform a Leader regarding. Failure to do follow the will result in a negative step taken by clan leadership.
So, we are now making it a rule:
Below is the order of negative steps to be taken:
Step 1: Forum PM used to notify the member of the error. *
Clan Mail used to warn the member of impending removal from the clan.
Step 2: A serious or repeated offender will be given a warning and be permanently stay on the record in the Official Warning Thread.
Step 3: Removal from the clan.
* If the member in question has not signed up on the forum, a PM cannot be sent, Therefore, leadership will send to out a Clan Mail.
If through PM's the issue is resolved, and leadership feels no reprimands are necassary, Step 1 can be removed from the members record.
Repeated offense (2-3 depending on severity) or serious offenses will result in Step 2.
The main problems in the past have been inactivity and attacking the wrong target. Now we will keep track of who decides not to cooperate. More rules regarding the warning system will be in the thread.

Last piece of news is, we have something a little more positive! A contest! Per sponsorship from your local "whmdan", I'd like to announce a clan war contest for the month of May. The member who wins the most stars (Without stealing someone else's targets) will be awarded a $15 itunes or Google Play gift card, which can be used to buy gems. If there is a tie, the gift card will be awarded to the person who had both the highest total stars and total donations, for the month of May. (Whmdan is not allowed to participate in this contest) The winners of this contest will not be eligible for the next contest to come, to give another person a chance.
