Welcome to the Official Warning Thread. If you have not been listening to Leader, done something wrong, or did not follow instructions, your name will be in this thread below. Generally this is a harsh treatment that we try not to use, but if you are a serious/repeated offender, you will be warned and show up within this thread.
There are 3 Steps in which are used for warning members.
Step 1: Forum PM used to notify the member of the error. *
Clan Mail used to warn the member of impending removal from the clan.
Step 2: A serious or repeated offender will be given a warning and be permanently stay on the record in the Official Warning Thread.
Step 3: Removal from the clan.
* If the member in question has not signed up on the forum, a PM cannot be sent, therefore, warnings will be sent out through Clan Mail.
If through PM's the issue is resolved, and leadership feels no reprimands are necassary, Step 1 can be removed from the members record.
Repeated offense (2-3 depending on severity) or serious offenses will result in Step 2.
If there is a wrongly given warning, please speak with a leader, or post within this thread, and state your claim.
Here is where all Official Warnings will be found:
Step one:
In this step your name will be posted in this section along with the date of warning. To respect privacy, this step will not include the reason or who has given the warning for the public.
There will be an expire date, for which your name will be removed depending on severity, up to a maxmimum of a month as long as there is no repeated offense. Those that have repeated an offence will have their names added again, and the expiry date for both warnings will be extended to the second offence.
Example:
'Clasher123' warning given on April 30th, 2014.Expires May 30th, 2014.
'Clasher123' warning given on May 11th, 2014, expires June 11th, 2014.
-
Step two:
In this step, is a harsher fate will be given to those that are repeated or serious offenders. The names will be here permanently as a reminder for the repeated offense. Step two is a harsher form of warning so those that have given the warning and the reason will be stated in this section.
Example:
'Clasher123', warning given by akiyume May 20th, 2014.
Reason: Repeatedly giving out goblins and not listening to Clan War Leaders.
-
Step three:
Those that have been removed from the clan will be recorded here on the date of removal, reason and by whom. Those that have been kicked immediately without warning does not need to be added to this section.
example:
'Clasher123', removed by akiyume. May 25th, 2014.
Reason: Donating random troops and swearing constantly afterwards when asked to stop.
-
'EthanSG', removed by snow_rules, May 5th, 2014
Reason: was on probation and did not participate in clan wars.
