Time / Cost for maxxing all buildings

Maxing out everything building times, rescourses needed, rushing costs

I decided to expose some calculations/observations I made. Enjoi.

1. How long will it take to max out my base FULL (everything till the max).

1.1 Total building time for building all buildings (Days, rounded up/down):

- Canon from lvl 1 till max takes: 16 days x 5 canons = 80 days building time
- arch tower lvl 1 till max takes: 16 days x 5 arch towers = 100 days building time
- Mortar from lvl 1 till max takes: 20 days x 3 mortar = 60 days building time
- Wizard tower lvl 1 till max takes: 32 days x 3 wiz towers = 96 days building time
- Air defence lvl 1 till max takes: 24 days x 3 air defence = 72 days building time
- Tesla from lvl 1 till max takes: 42 days x 4 tesla = 168 days building time
- X bow takes: 7 days = 7 days building time

- Town hall from lvl 1 till max takes: 31 days x 1 Town hall = 31 days building time
- Clan castle from lvl 1 till max takes: 3 days x 1 clan castle = 3 days building time
- Army camps from lvl 1 till max takes: 10 days x 4 camps = 40 days building time
- Barracks from lvl 1 till max takes: 14 days x 4 barracks = 56 days building time
- laboratorium from lvl 1 till max takes: 8 days x 1 lab = 8 days building time
- spell factory from lvl 1 till max takes: 12 days x 1 factory = 12 days building time
- pumps/mines from lvl 1 till max takes: 16 days x 12 pumps/mines = 192 days building time
- storages from lvl 1 till max takes: 4.5 days x 6 storages = 27 days building time

1.2 Total building time with a certain ammount of builders
total building time = 952 days. Days needed = total building time / ammount of builders.
3 builders = 936/3 = 317 days building to max out everything.
4 builders = 936/4 = 238 days building to max out everything.
5 builders = 936/5 = 190 days building to max out everything.

2. How much gems does it cost to max out my base from scratch (everything inclusive walls).

2.1 What is needed to max out the base.

Waiting time = around 952 days = 22848 hours = 1.370.880 minutes.
Gold needed: 355M gold
Elixer needed: 103M elixer.

2.2 How to convert the above values to gems.

I have written down most of the ammounts of gems needed to rush for certain ammount of times. Then I calculated the value per gem expressed in minutes.

1 Hour - 20 gems // minutes per gem = 3
2 hours - 30 gems // minutes per gem = 4
3 hours - 41 gems // minutes per gem = 4.39
4 hours - 51 gems // minutes per gem = 4.71
6 hours - 72 gems // minutes per gem = 5
8 hours - 93 gems // minutes per gem = 5.1
12 hours - 135 gems // minutes per gem = 5.33
1 day - 260 gems // minutes per gem = 5.54
2 days - 383 gems // minutes per gem = 7.51
3 days - 507 gems // minutes per gem = 8.52
4 days - 630 gems // minutes per gem = 9.1
5 days - 753 gems // minutes per gem = 9.56
6 days - 877 gems // minutes per gem = 9.8
7 days - 1000 gems // minutes per gem = 10.1

Then I looked what waiting times takes how many % of the total waiting time. In the end I could calculate an average minit per gem value. This is not 100% accurate but will be accurate enough. The value lies between 8.5 and 9 minutes per gem on rushing buildings (average is quite high because most % of the total building time is made up out of building with long waiting times).

1.370.880 minutes waiting time /8.5 = 162k Gems.
355m gold = 355/6 = 59.1 x 2k gems (to fill 6m stores) = 118k gems
103m elixer = 103/6 = 17.1 x 2k gems (to fill 6m stores = 34k gems.
Rush all the troops and spells = around 25k gems
Gems needed to get 5 builders = 4k
total gems needed to rush everything = around 343k gems
343k gems can be bought for around 2180 euro.
