It's been a rough few days/a week for all of us I'm sure and I just want to address what I've said to LadyA. Sorry Lady, I'll have to post it onto here.
I'm the type to see personalities and I know how clans will develop and/or will collapse, I've been in a ton of clans/guilds within these gaming years and I've developed a '6th sense' in a way you can say, how the clan will be brought to. This clan will fall into more of a casual clan that will eventually lose most of the strong recruits and potential player and be left with players who just ask for troops and don't talk much.
Dan was sad at the fact that people didn't follow him and he truly did consider and planned ways to make the 2210 clan more competitive. Me and him were always talking about ways to make 2210 on AIM.
My prediction:"Right now 2210 is on the verge of being pull into a clan that will lose alot of it's edge in the long run. Take for instance Klke and his post about people gaining elder rank. There are those that don't deserve power,and he himself said he didn't earn Elder, yet was promoted. With these new recruit that just came into 2210 within the few days that aren't even that good quality to begin with, honestly. I hear dan talking about how few months ago, the clan contained so many more freeloaders, how he dealt with the freeloaders and just didn't leave due to the request amount. But now, he is geniunely considering to make both clans work TBH, so that he can have a competitive side, yet stay with you guys.
Right now based on how I see 2210, my prediction is you guys will begin to accept more 'randoms' that enter the clan and don't contribute as much, you may get some strong players, but like devva! that entered, they'll immediately notice that the clan isn't well structured, and will leave. The clan will become less organized and people like Kike who unlike Devva, remains loyal but wants a to feel a organized clan, but won't be able to voice it. Soon, more people will join and the clan will become a casual clan that can't really get anymore faithful members strong member, but only those that were here from the beginning and Cool's family. The good part about this clan is you do contain loyal members like Snow, Kritz, and many more as supports for this clan. You just GOT to put in a structure where a true leader quality is being put as an example, not just the one who created it. And for Coolridge, I haven't once seen him put any sense of leader or input into the clan as a Leader figure, even in the forums, he has only 1 posts in the forums, citing he didn't contribute to the planning or suggestions. Sorry if that seems abit harsh, but have you truly seen him praising, commanding, or giving suggestion to make this clan better?
As for Dan, he is from a competitive game base like WoW, and what dan is trying to do is weed out those type of 'randoms' and allowing there to be more structure so that people like Kike, will feel a sense of order, and strong people that we want in the clan, will continue to stay. The reason why I was so 'strong' from the beginning was I saw potential for this clan to become an even better clan, but at the same time, Coolridge is like giving out permission slips for exceptions and in a way that is not making the clan staying intacted. I tried to establish more system for the clan, but because I'm new, and I don't have reputation in the clan (or trust), I can't really make it happen so I tried through partnering with Dan. Dan for sure rushed things with making a new clan, I thought it would take another two weeks or i told him to at least talk to Coolridge about it first before the decision was made, but it was because of the war we just had, there was people like EthanSG, and your cousins that generally, we have to consider as an unknown factor and it's hard to make things work with Coolridge acting as a shield. We were entered that stage where I mentioned about where no more good members will be able to enter (Devva!, Jonathan that came and asked for witches and ditched), and Dan mentioned that he talked with Cool, and cool won't kick the cousins out (which is understandable) and both Dan Leadership for the gameplay, and Cool's Leadership for those that he will protect, clashed. It was hard for Dan to stay in a clan where Cool isn't doing a job as a Leader, and containing those that don't contribute to the clan. He still rushed that new clan very hard though tbh, and I do agree it's not a good way to make things right.
This will probably make you guys think of me as abit too 'strong' again, but I am a calm and collective person that has an eye out for things like these situations. I don't care anymore how you guys feel, as I truly hope for the survival and the best of 2210 (and I never thought of kicking the cousins or anyone is a solution.) My suggestion is, if you guys truly want to make a long lasting clan, organise the system abit, remove Elders from everyone, demote those that aren't co-leader matter (like viciticious), and make it so that people like KlKE who has been recruited by Dan, but remain loyal to 2210 a chance to prove himself. Elder was given not for the right reasons, and the position of Elder already collapse to begin with and it was given the mindset of 'member' but had the authority of 'recruit'. To make things true, all must be started from 'member' again, but let those like Snow and Kritz be the leaders of the clan. KlKE is passionate about the clan, he questioned the method of invites, meaning he has taking consideration for the well-being of the clan and will definitely be an Elder material and many others that I didn't mention that put a hand into clan wars and this clan. The thread about 'clan Invites' by KlKE is just an example of how the first step of what the bad scenerio above is going to happen, so please address this issue and not tuck it under the rug.
As for me, either way I don't think I'll belong anymore. I love the forums, the clans, everyone that was really friendly to me, but at the same time, I respected Dan as a true Leader (but has some issues with dealing with compromising with Cool). If i go with Dan, there will be too many uncertainties, and I'll just end up joining a random later on too. He already part ways and quit the game (I don't know if it's permanent but he did say his goodbyes) so I can't join him anymore either way.
If I join you guys with 2210, sure I'll be happily working with you guys, but at the same time, I won't ever gain acceptance as a "Leader" as Dan ever was, at most I'll just be planning clan wars, managing the forums but I won't be able to voice my opinion on the clan matters and the scenerio describe above will happen as I am being pushed to the sides. Snow is someone I respect as much as Dan, and I'm proud of the fact that he stayed in 2210. Snow, you will forsure be a strong pillar for this clan and won't see it crumble. Please take my suggestion above into consideration, and maybe you do think I'm out of place and thinking too far ahead negatively, but I don't mind being the bad guy in order for my thought up scenerio to not come true. I pray that this clan last long, everyone like LadyA who reached out to me and messaged me, thank you for caring for a stranger like me. Hope you guys continue have an awesome time in this clan, and I bid you guys farewell

I truly did like you guys, and I agree Dan's method of making a competite clan was really rushed and underhanded, but at the same time, he truly wanted to make a clan where strong players are welcomed and make the clan better.
